Our Teachers
Nicole MinogueNicole’s teaching encourages self-compassion and a playful spirit of enquiry, whether that is through strengthening vinyasa or more gentle restorative practices. Within her practice, much has changed from her early days of fiery Ashtanga practice. As her knowledge has grown, not only through trainings but from countless hours on the mat, Nicole has found that it is the continual investigation and reconnecting to body and breath that is fascinating rather than any particular rules or sequence. That is the spirit that drives her on.

John GibsonI found yoga in my mid-twenties and very quickly it became an unmissable part of my life.
My own personal practice and experience at the studio has shown that everybody doing athletic or sporting activity will benefit and improve their performance with a regular yoga practice. |
Margaret CoulterI have been doing yoga since 2002, as a way to de stress from the pressure working full time as a Specialist Nurse in Tissue Viability in NHS. My first 4 years were an Astanga practice which, with its rigorous physical form of training, provided exactly what I needed. As time went on I realised the many other aspects of Yoga and their benefits.

Orla WallaceI left my first Yoga class feeling more alive and happy to inhabit my body and mind. This was something I hadn't felt in a long time. I returned to the practice the next day and have continued to come home to myself through Yoga ever since. The practice of Yoga is a process of continually learning how to peel away the armour of our bodily and mental conditioning.
It gives us the possibility to free ourselves of physical and emotional holding, as we observe our habits of thought and our bodily patterning we can find an inner stability and strength. |

I first discovered yoga whilst living abroad in Japan for 3 years.
Soon after returning home I wanted to share the gift of yoga with others and trained with YTTC, offering Hatha style classes since 2004. |
