Beginners (60 min)

Just what it says, a class to begin your practice!
Learn the alignment of the postures and build the relationship with the breath. A place for those new to yoga or those wanting to take it back to basics.
Wednesday 6 pm, 

Morning Yoga (60 min)

Enjoying being in our body is inspiration for this class! It will incorporate standing, seating and reclined postures to open the body and build strength. Class suitable for those new to yoga or for those wanting something a bit softer.
Monday and Friday at 10 am
Short class online only Tuesday at 8am & Wednesday 9 am

Yang-Yin Yoga (60 min)

Combining the benefits of dynamic heat building postures with the long slow stretches of Yin yoga. This class is for those who want a bit more of challenge from the beginners classes without committing to a full Vinyasa class.
Monday 6 pm, Friday 5:30 pm

Vinyasa (75 min)

For those wanting to fire up the body! A strong mix of sun salutations, standing postures and core work, often working towards a peak pose. Seated postures bring us down and into deeper opening. Tuesday 7:30 pm,

Evening Yoga (60 min)

With soft music and the lights off, a wisp of incense is illuminated by candle light. An invitation to move, mobilise and stretch, easing the tension of the day. Finding inner peace and with guided meditations and shavasana. Setting you up for a good nights sleep...
