I have been doing yoga since 2002. My first 4 years were an Astanga practice which, with its rigorous physical form of training, provided exactly what I needed. As time went on I realised the many other aspects of Yoga and their benefits.
Later I studied with a teacher of Hatha Yoga a system to focus on training the mind as well as the body. I have been studying with Marie Quail and have gained futher experience from the Iyengar practice.
My experience so far has shown me that yoga practice must be tailored to suit each individual and in this environment at the Abhyasa Yoga it is really exciting to see that happening.to get in touch with their bodies, their breath and their heart.
