We have a variety of different classes to suit different challenge and energy levels. Morning yoga, somatics and beginners classes are all gentle and suitable for beginners. Yang/yin gets more challenging and then vinyasa plus is where more complex poses are worked with.

Class Descriptions

Somatics & Yoga (60 min)

With an emphasis on moving with the least amount of effort, Somatics is designed to help you become more embodied. This practice helps to soothe and restore an over taxed nervous system. Helps make your yoga practice freer, with less effort. The focus on less, may well mean you take away more.  
Wednesday 6pm, Saturday 11:15am

Beginners (60 min)

Just what it says, a class to begin your practice!
Learn the alignment of the postures and build the relationship with the breath. A place for those new to yoga or those wanting to take it back to basics.
Tuesday 6 pm

Morning Yoga (60 min)

Enjoying being in our body is inspiration for this class! It will incorporate standing, seating and reclined postures to open the body and build strength. Class suitable for those new to yoga or for those wanting something a bit softer.
Monday and Friday at 10 am
Short class online only Tuesday at 8am & Wednesday 8 am

Yang-Yin Yoga (60 min)

Combining the benefits of dynamic heat building postures with the long slow stretches of Yin yoga. This class is for those who want a bit more of challenge from the beginners classes without committing to a full Vinyasa class.
Monday 6 pm, 
Friday 5:30 pm

Unwind. Reset ​(75 min)

An integrated practice of movement, rest and short guided meditation. Evidence shows that yoga is one of the best ways to regulate your nervous system. 75 min

One to One class with Nicole  (60 min)

Do you have questions about your practice? Would you like to develop a home practice? Are you interested in more one to one attention? Or maybe you would like to learn strength training? One to one sessions can help with these questions and more.

Suzanne Cromie of Zenbu Yoga runs Pregnancy Yoga, Mother & Baby yoga, Baby Massage, and Toddlers yoga classes at the studio at 433 Lisburn Road. Book online for her classes here. She is also a fantastic massage therapist for pregnant and non pregnant people!
