Beginners (60 min)Just what it says, a class to begin your practice!
Learn the alignment of the postures and build the relationship with the breath. A place for those new to yoga or those wanting to take it back to basics. Wednesday 6 pm, Thursday 7 pm |
Morning Yoga (60 min)
Using the breath as inspiration this class will incorporate standing, seating and reclined postures to open the body and build strength. Class suitable for those new to yoga or for those wanting something a bit softer.

Pilates (60 min)Pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieving stress and tension. For athletes, Pilates can complement their training by developing whole body strength and flexibilty and help reduce the risk of injury.

Vinyasa (75 min)For those wanting to fire up the body! A strong mix of sun salutations, standing postures and core work, often working towards a peak pose. Seated postures bring us down and into deeper opening. Tuesday 7:30 pm,
Saturday 10 am Move-Breathe-SitWe do some movement, some breathing and some sitting practices. While the exact recipe varies, we use this class to bridge between a pure movement classes and more introspective experience. Suitable for all levels.

Yang-Yin Yoga (60 min)Combining the benefits of dynamic heat building postures with the long slow stretches of Yin yoga. This class is for those who want a bit more of challenge from the beginners classes without committing to a full Vinyasa class.
