Join Justine and Nicole for a day of movement and restoration surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean at the beautiful Arcadia.
This day retreat will create the space and time for you to turn gently inwards after the holidays - A time to move, breathe deeply, to reflect on our intentions and to establish a sense of renewal for the year ahead.
We will begin in the morning with a spacious yoga practice followed by a delicious vegetarian lunch (included) and time for a walk on the nearby East Strand beach. In the afternoon we will slow things down for the deep rest of a restorative yoga practice, giving you the opportunity to let go and relax.

This workshop will create the space and time for you to turn gently inwards after the holidays - A time to move, breathe deeply, to reflect on your intentions and to establish a sense of renewal for the year ahead.Restorative Yoga is a gentle & therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to make it easier for the body to get into poses that encourage rest, release and relaxation. Justine and Nicole have been sharing the practice of Restorative Yoga together for several years and love the chance to help people find the space to totally let go.

Come join me in a small supportive group as I share with you the tools I have learned for truly connecting with the body in a personal practice. This will be a space to find out how to start (and keep up!) a home practice, an investigation of what do YOU need from your practice so that your practice can support your life.

Somatic Movement Education is a safe and gentle way to find more ease in the body and relief from unconscious muscular contraction. These simple exercises can relieve chronic tension, pain, and help you discover a better posture. In this course you will learn these movements with plenty of one on one attention so then you can continue them at home.
