An Afternoon of Restorative Yoga with Justine & Nicole

Restorative Yoga is a gentle & therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to make it easier for the body to get into poses that encourage rest, release and relaxation. These workshops are intended for anyone needing to chill out and rest their body, mind and spirit and are open to absolute beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
Embody Your Anatomy with Nicole Minogue
Come and dive into an embodied experience of your own anatomy. We have lived in our bodies all of our lives but often what’s going on beneath our skin is a mystery. In these workshops we will play with, and explore some of the fascinating structures that move you through your yoga practice. All curious beings welcome.
Saturday May 20 - 12-2 pm
Let’s tap into the support of our bones. We will look for a clear pathway of weight through our bones and a sense of balanced joint space to find more stability and ease in our practice.
Saturday May 27 - 12-2 pm
How can we inhabit the dual nature of our spine? By looking for a little bit of movement in a lot of places we will try and find a sense of stability and freedom.
Saturday June 10- 12- 2 pm
How does your hip and leg structure impact your practice? By customising the practice to your bones, we will explore how to find a balance of strength and ease from our legs to the ground.
Saturday June 17- 12- 2 pm
What happens when we use our articulate upper limbs for support? Lets respect the way we are each designed and yet give ourselves new options of grounding.
£30 for one workshop or £100 for all four
